Pinko handbag-super small
I have ordered a Pinko handbag. No measurement details whatsoever in the product description part. It arrived smoothly, can't complain. The bag was the size of a wallet, super super small. Thought to return, but they don't refund no tax, no shipping fees. Such a waste of money((

After reading your review, we realized that we had not fully understood from your return request that the handbag was much smaller than you expected because the product measurements were not visible on the website. As a result, we initially processed your request according to our standard return policy and informed you of the usual refund deductions.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We are aware of an issue affecting some international customers, where product measurements may not be displayed correctly. In Italy, these details are normally visible, but we understand that this was not the case for you. Our team is already working on a solution, and this issue should be resolved with the next system update.
As this was caused by an error on our side, we will send you a prepaid return label today so that you can return the item free of charge. Once the returned handbag has been received and its condition has been verified, we will issue a full refund, including all taxes and shipping costs.
